Policies and Procedures
At Kimberly Gore Salon, we value your time. We understand that you’re busy, and that you need to get gorgeous and be on your way. That doesn’t mean we rush your time, but we do book exactly the amount of time needed for your services. Please read our policies below, and don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you have!
For our new guests, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking you in and entering your information into our system.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation. This gives us ample time to schedule another guest who is on our waitlist or who needs something done in a pinch.
Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations.
Please note that any guest who doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged in advance for the next appointment.
Try Another In-House Stylist
We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons: schedules, pricing, or sometimes to simply get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All our team members are supportive of one another. In addition, we keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas, allowing stylists equal access to this information.
If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge.
The only requirements that we have in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within two business days of the original service, and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. In the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, we will consider exceptions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions!
Refer A Friend
We believe that a referral is the best compliment one can give. When any new guest comes in for a first appointment and says that they were referred by you as a current client, you will be credited $5 to use on your next salon service or retail purchase.
Refund on Retail
We take great pride in our reputation for quality service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange within 7 days of purchase. No refunds on retail items.
Forms of Payment
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
