Policies and Procedures
For our new guest we ask that you arrive 15 min prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation. This gives us ample time to schedule another guest. Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations. No Show Guest who fail to come for their scheduled reservation will be asked to pre-pay for future services.
Try Another In-House Stylist
We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons – schedules, pricing, or sometimes to simply get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our team members are supportive of one another. In addition, we keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All of our stylists have equal access to this information.
If you are dissatified with a service you have recieved, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redo’s are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redo’s is that you call to schedule the redo within two business days of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. In the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception can be made and the redo may be scheduled with another stylist.
Refer A Friend
We believe that a referral is the best compliment one could give. When any new guest comes in for a first appointment and says that they were referred by a current client, that client will be credited $5 to use on your next salon service or retail purchase.
Refund on Retail
We take great pride in our reputation for quality service. If for any reason you are disatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange within 7 days of purchase. No refunds on retail items.
Forms of Payment
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
